The MyEndo system is a digital / online pre-assessment tool. It provides a cloud-hosted patient questionnaire and clinical portal. Enhancements over existing processes are achieved by:

• collecting pre-procedure information from the patient using the Ultramed online digital health platform

• incorporating endoscopy-specific and general health branching questionnaires with triggered tasks for investigations or special care

• automatically flagging patient information for review if any issues are identified

• reviewing responses in the clinical portal, with actions taken to confirm whether the procedure can safely go ahead or requires additional input

• patients confirming their MyEndo pre-procedure assessment results on the day of the procedure

MyEndo is a sibling programme to MyPreOp, which has been widely adopted by the NHS.
